About This Workshop
Become a Certified MOSAIC Change Practitioner! This immersive 3-day program offers real-time client interaction and feedback. Hands-on application enables you to improve your client interaction skills, demonstrate proficiency in the selection and application of the foundational MOSAIC tools, administer a basic organizational assessment, enhance your facilitation techniques, and receive feedback in a safe learning environment. Additionally, you will strategize how to use MOSAIC within your own organization.
As a Certified MOSAIC Practitioner, you will be better equipped to effectively partner with leaders to increase organizational effectiveness and improve business results.
This program is limited to ten participants to maximize the opportunities for participant sharing, insights and learning. Registration to this program includes a 2-year subscription to the MOSAIC Foundations Online Learning Series.
This workshop focuses on practical application of the MOSAIC tools; therefore, registration is dependent upon successful completion of all MOSAIC Foundation Learning Series modules prior to registration. To ensure a quality experience for our participants, we cannot make exceptions.

About This Program
Strengthen your OE consulting expertise and expand your toolkit. This interactive advanced 3-day program offers an opportunity to improve your ability to deliver effective solutions and increase your overall value to your clients. This practical, applied program enables you to refine your OE skill set, develop a more knowledge-based, flexible, and adaptive approach. In addition, you will receive one-on-one coaching on a current client engagement of your choice.
Through hands-on practice you’ll leave with demonstrated proficiency in more advanced elements of OE consulting (e.g. Client engagement, data collection, feedback techniques, and solution design and implementation). This program is limited to no more than ten participants to maximize the opportunities for participant sharing, insights and learning in a safe environment and includes a variety of reference materials and supplies to support your ongoing client work.

Who should attend?
The ideal candidate for this program should have no less than five years of experience in business and executive consulting. To maximize the richness of the experience, each attendee is required to submit an application for attendance. Once approved, participants will be notified and enrolled in the workshop.
